KUB will be pulling high voltage cable tomorrow -Wednesday (Oct 28,) on Summit Hill Dr between Walnut St and State St in the Westbound travel lane of Summit Hill.
All traffic control device will be implemented from 8:00am to 5:00pm for this "lane closure"
